Ensure you are checking in or out on time
If you are unable to check in or out of an opportunity, the first step should be to make sure that you are attempting to check in or out during the start or end time listed in the job details of the tilr app. The option to check in and out only becomes available around the time that the opportunity should be worked.

Ensure you have internet access
The next possibility is that you do not currently have internet access. If your phone displays ‘No connection,’ you will be unable to check in or out of the opportunity. An internet connection is required because the times you check in and out are logged into the tilr system.

Contacting support
If your check in time matches the start time listed in the app and you are currently connected to the internet, but are still unable to check in or out of the opportunity, visit the Settings page on the tilr app. From here, you can click Support

From the Support page, click Help. At the bottom of the Help page, you can select Chat Now to start a conversation with a tilr representative who can assist you with this issue. You can also click Contact Us to send an email or give us a call.
