Congratulations for accepting a job on tilr! If this is the first time you are working on the tilr platform, you will receive an email that will provide you with a few reminders before you get to work.

You will also be able to view all of the relevant information about the job you accepted through the tilr app. We will contact you via phone to make sure that you have all the information you need to get to work. During this call, we can answer any questions you have about the position.

Ensuring your bank information is correct
If you haven’t done so already, you should also make sure your bank information is entered. You can enter your bank information on the tilr app by navigating to the Settings page from the bottom-right corner, then clicking ‘Banking information’.

Reviewing the tilr Code of Conduct
It’s important to also remember the tilr Code of Conduct. Prior to the start date of your job, you will receive a push notification reminding you that your job is coming up. You will need to notify us within 48 hours of the start time if you are unable to make it to your position. We recognize that sometimes, something unexpected comes up in life that causes you to not be able to fulfill the assignment, but please stay in close contact with the team if this arises.

Checking in and out of your job
After arriving at the job site, you should check in on the tilr app right when you begin working. Then, when your shift ends, you will be able to check out on the tilr app.
