Payroll cycle and weekly summary
tilr offers weekly pay based on the hours worked during our payroll cycle. This cycle generally runs from Saturday - Friday. However, the hours and days counted for your payment may differ by company. You will receive an email with a summary of your hours worked. This can be used as reference for how much you will be paid, but payment will not be made final until Wednesday. Payment is then sent out the following Wednesday, with an expected payout on Friday. tilr works with Hyperwallet as its payment processor. 

Questions regarding your weekly summary email
If you have any questions or issues regarding the hours or payment listed in your weekly summary email, you should reach out to a tilr representative as soon as possible. You can do so through the tilr app, by clicking ‘Settings’ then ‘Support’, or on the tilr website by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Where you will receive your pay
If your selected payment method is direct deposit, your payment will be deposited to the bank account associated with your tilr profile. If you are using a tilr VISA debit card, you will be able to check your balance by visiting the online Pay Portal, by calling the number listed on the back of your card, or by consulting an ATM.
